By participating in this safety incentive program, I acknowledge that I will abide by the safety rules of The Fricks Company, Inc. and jobsite specific rules. I further understand that the incentive points are non-transferable and in the event of a voluntary or involuntary termination, the remaining earned points will expire upon termination.
